Telemarketing:
We have strategic alliances with both domestic and oversea call centers that have yielded for our customers the highest quality leads in the telemarketing industry. You can choose from either:

• Mini 1003: Dialed the night before and delivered the following day; these leads are very comprehensive and include most financial and employment information.
• Hot Lead Transfer (HLT): After just a few qualifying questions, the lead will be immediately and seamlessly transferred to your loan officers in real time.

Direct Mail: All it takes is a clear understanding of your marketing objective, a well-thought out message, and some creativity. Then you can successfully use direct mail to affordably accomplish your advertising goals. At Data Connection, we work closely with our clients to ensure high quality, effective direct mail services and campaigns. We have created a direct mail gallery of pre-printed forms that are available for immediate delivery. We have a direct mail house that handles fulfillment and the designers that handle the design of your mail pieces. Our capabilities:

Compliance:
We take pride in helping to keep our customers in compliance by educating them and assisting them in meeting all federal and state requirements. Data Connection will scrub all of our phone records according to state and federal DNC laws. The customer must represent and warrant that they have established with the Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) a unique Subscriber Account Number (“SAN”) which we will keep on file with us. It is requested that the client provide Data Connection with a copy of the official SAN printout with the appropriate area codes/geography pertaining to the telemarketing campaign. Data Connection then suppresses residential numbers that are registered pursuant on the DNC Laws on a regular basis, with the exception of: Alaska, Alabama, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, or Oklahoma. Our customers are solely responsible for compliance with DNC Laws with respect to any and all of its telemarketing activities. In addition, we will review all direct mail pieces and telemarketing scripts for compliance with applicable regulations, including the FCRA.
